Dear Jo,
Having been an Invisalign patient myself, I can tell you what worked for me. I would clean my aligners after every meal with a medium texture toothbrush and a 50:50 mix of cold water with mouthwash. The trick is not to use very hot water or abrasive agents which can damage the transparent aligners.
