Question: Hi how much does it hurt having Invisalign fitted? How qucikly do you get used to it? I had metal braces before and the first few weeks were agony. Thank you for your time
Answer: Hi there,
Compared to fixed braces Invisalign is much more comfortable in the early stages. I usually expect a degree of discomfort which lasts for 1-2 weeks but not what i would describe as actual pain. Certainly i’m sure you won’t experience anything like the agony of when you had your fixed braces fitted.
