Question: Hi i finished invisalign then 2 months ago i lost my retainer... i found it and since i lost it the gaps in my teeth have returned slightly... i can get my retainer back in but its painful... is it safe to do so or so I have to go back to braces? thanks

Hi Louise,
I would be tempted to wear the aligner now you have found it. It might be tight for few days but the gaps should close up. After that, go and see you Invisalign dentist and ask for them to make spare retainers so you don't have the same problem in the future!
